Dear Parents and Guardians,

It is my pleasure to welcome you to Bentworth Elementary School and our new website!  Our staff is thrilled to be building the educational foundation upon which your child grows. Bentworth Elementary is a happy, welcoming place in which children are nurtured as they begin their academic career.  We believe that all of us - the school and the community - must work together in an extended family environment to ensure success for all our students.  We believe it is everyone's responsibility to empower children with the creative, intellectual, and decision-making skills necessary for them to become academically, socially, physically, and emotionally successful and responsible.

Your child is our top priority and we look forward to working together. We value your presence during all school events and hope to provide a variety of opportunities to help us connect with your child and family. Research clearly supports that when parents/guardians participate and are involved in their child’s education, there is a greater likelihood of academic success for the child.  Bentworth Elementary welcomes your involvement and seeks to create strong home-school relationships.
